Where are the basic HELP files located? I am having trouble using the sofyware. Either I'm dense, or the usage just doesn't seem to be intuitive. For example, I expected that I click on the CDDB tab, then click or dbl-click on an entry in the list, and the information would be inserted into the proper fields in the CDDB area, then I could click search. But my version (0.4.2.0)- I click on an entry in the list, click on CDDB, then Search and The search takes place. If I then select another entry in the file list, then click Search, the software just repeats the previous search. What am I missing? A simple explanation of the procedures would be useful.
Sorry, but there are no help files. Just the ToeTag Readme.rtf file. Like many developers, I don't really enjoy writing documentation. Since to date no one has donated for the software, the help file hasn't been high on my priorities 
I've never used the CDDB feature (except for testing) and I guess it isn't very intuitive. The way it works is if the fields to the left of the search button are blank, it copies them from the grid. If you have already done a search, then there is a value there so it uses that for subsequent searches. It probably makes more sense to have a copy focused like the multi-tag editor or maybe the grid should take priority unless the fields are blank in the grid. What would you prefer?
