Does development on this product still occur? I realize its free just curious if there is any activity?

Sorry. I've made a couple of small changes and am about to make one more. I'll upload those. Then I'm going to try to open source the project. I requested a project takeover of ToeTag on Sourceforge but they never completed it. I'll either choose a different name or use a different open source service.
